Zucchini farfalle

Ingredients

1 pack Farfalle pasta
2 Zucchini - medium, thin slice  
4 Garlic Cloves - crushed  
1 cup Whipping Cream -  for cooking
1 ½ tbsp Olive Oil
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. In boiling salted water boil farfalle for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside
  2. Meanwhile, in nonstick skillet, add oil and garlic and stir for 2 minutes, add zucchini and stir for another 3 minutes. Add cream, season with salt and pepper. Leave to boil and remove from heat.
  3. Add zucchini sauce to farfalle, stir and serve immediately and garnish with parmesan cheese.
