Atkins diet plan

Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day one 3 Eggs, Scrambled

4-6 Strips of smoked veal/ turkey

Coffee or tea with diet sugar and cream

Chicken Salad

1 chopped hard boiled egg)
Fried fish (fish fillets dipped in egg and fried in vegetable oil)

(1 cup salad greens ,

¼ medium tomato,

1 thin slice red onion )

1 cup Broccoli with butter
 Day two
Double serving of Hot Cereal

1 tbsp cream

4 Sausagess 

Coffee or tea with diet sugar and cream
Meat wrap ( slices of turkey, chicken, salami, pastrami,  cream cheese)

2 Cups salad greens

2 tbsp dressing
Grilled Steak with herbed butter

1 cup salad greens with

1slice Romano cheese

1 tbsp Dressing of Choice

1 cup Asparagus
Day Three 1Danish

4 slices smoked beef

Coffee or tea with diet and sugar cream
Tuna Paste

1 cup salad greens

1tbsp Dressing of Choice
Spaghetti with meat balls and tomato sauce

And sprinkle with:
2tbsp Parmesan or Romano cheese

2 cups salad with 2 tbsp Dressing
Day Four

3 Soft or hard boiled eggs (chopped lightly and mixed with 1t fresh herbs, of choice, 1tsp butter, and 1tbsp cream)


4 turkey sausages

Coffee or tea with diet sugar and cream

Chef salad (Turkey strips, chopped egg, and grated cheese over 2 cup salad greens)

2tbsp Dressing
Veal chops with herbs

1cup Salad greens
1 tbsp Dressing of Choice

1cup Cauliflower with butter and cream
Day Five Omelette (3 eggs scrambled with ¼ tsp cream )

1 sliced smoked beef

Coffee or tea with diet sugar and cream
Salami and Cream Cheese roll-ups

2 cups salad greens

2 tbsp Dressing of Choice
Chicken with creamy lemon sauce

1cup Broccoli

1cup salad greens

1tbsp Dressing of Choice
Day Six 4 Mini-Muffins

2 Boiled Eggs

Coffee or tea with diet sugar and cream
228 grams thinly sliced grilled beef steak

1 cups salad greens

1 thin slice red onion

¼ small tomato, sliced

2 tbsp dressing of choice
Hawawashi

2 cups salad greens

¼ chopped tomato

2 slices onion, chopped

¼ avocado, sliced

5 black olives, sliced

1 tbsp sour cream

1 tbsp grated cheese

2 tsp sugar-free salsa or taco sauce

Arrange meat and other ingredients on top of the salad greens)
Day Seven 3 eggs scrambled with pastrami

Coffee or tea with diet sugar and cream
Grilled chicken fillet

Blue cheese dip

Veal Chops with vegetables

2 cup salad greens

2 tbsp dressing of choice

Tips for keeping your Atkins diet plan:

  1. Never replace your daily water intake with coffee, tea or any other drink.
  2. Try to maintain the healthy habit of carrying a water bottle wherever you go.
  3. Try starting the diet with a friend to keep you interested and motivated.
  4. Always keep a snack with you in your bag in order to avoid temptations.
  5. Switch your habits into healthy one, if you eat in front of the TV, try exercising instead.
  6. Buying smaller sized clothes is a good motivation for weight loss.
  7. Always use the stairs instead of the elevator, as physical movement will help in your weight loss.
  8. If you are invited to a dinner or going out for one, try going with your stomach full.
  9. Always plan for special dinner or lunch occasions by reserving your carbohydrates intake a few days before it.
  10. Supplements and vitamins are a very important intake. If you suffer brain fogs during your Atkins diet, take potassium supplements
